Yu has more than a decade of experience in electric power industry in China. Prior to founding CEE Technology Co., Ltd. he worked at local government institutions in Beijing and oversaw 200 electric power corporations under the Beijing Power Company. He is currently oversees the Celartem Chinese operations. Yu serves as Vice Chairman at Beijing City Energy Saving Association and Beijing City Energy committee. He is a member of Beijing City Entrepreneurs and Chinese Scientific Technology Association. Yu earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Beijing Academy of Social Sciences.
Osamu Ikeda

Ikeda has more than a decade of experience in the software business both in the US and Japan. He has been with Celartem since 2000 and currently oversees the operations for all divisions of Celartem Group worldwide. As a member of the Board of Directors, he led Celartem in its Initial Public Offering and spearheaded the strategic merger and acquisition of Extensis. Prior to joining Celartem, Ikeda worked in technology business development for Sumitomo Corporation.
Ikeda earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan). He also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Ikeda currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Equilibrium Software.
Hui Wang

Wang has more than a decade of electric power industry in China. In particular, he has expertise in innovation and business model building in electric power industry. Prior to joining CEE Technology Co., Ltd., he worked as general manager at national electric power corporations. He is currently managing CEE Technology Co., Ltd. Wang earned his bachelor’s degree in Electric-power system and automation from China Agricultural University.
Syuichi Fujimoto

Fujimoto joined Celartem as Chief Technology Officer in 2001. He currently manages the Celartem Japan business division. Prior to joining Celartem, Fujimoto worked in business development for Sumisho Fine goods, managing software technology partnerships for SCM, image compression and prepress. Fujimoto earned his bachelor’s degree from Osaka University of Arts.
Jinway Cai

Mitsuru Takahashi

As the Outside Director, Takahashi brings a unique skill set as a seasoned Professor of Economics in Asian countries, particularly in China. His impressive, 40-year tenure as a university faculty member spans The University of Tokyo Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Teikyo University (Tokyo). He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Tokyo. He also serves as Chairman at the Institute of Chinese Studies.
